Extremely professional lettings agency. As a landlord, one of my main priorities was having one or two contacts I could reach immediately when managing a block of flats. Hunters have a great team behind them who are very responsive and helpful at every turn.We've just managed to rid ourselves of what we can only describe as a nightmare tenant - misleading us from the start, making false call outs for tradesman, purposefully trying to turn on the communal utilities (paid by myself) 24/7 and incredibly unco-operative when trying to organise viewings for the next tenancy.When she first moved in, I turned up to do some communal maintenance, and wanted to notify the tenants just in case they wondered what I was doing - the next day I get a call from Hunters saying I had caused her mental distress - gives you an idea on who we were dealing with - absolute nightmare! Hunters have a team in place who are very patient with these sort of people, and thankfully we no longer have to deal with them.

Well Paul came to my flats and nothing was too much trouble , he promoted the flats he showed them round on Monday and they put an offer in on Friday . Rebecca and all the staff were great something I'm really grateful for.

Just completed with hunters and I can?t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond and I also can?t thank them enough. Rebecca is really efficient, communicative and just an all round sweetheart!! Thanks guys for everything ?

Paul is fantastic and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He did all the viewings for me . I had Constant updates of viewings and regular updates on how the sales was going . 100% would use again.

Used to use a different letting agent and was unhappy with the service, so I moved to Hunters earlier this year. They manage the rental of 3 of my properties, and I have been very satisfied with the service. All issues have been dealt with swiftly, and I have been kept updated throughout. Very easy to reach, and Paul and Gareth have both responded to emails out of office hours.

Hunters Blackpool were fantastic when helping me to find a property to rent at short notice. Really friendly staff with a personal touch from the Directors and kept me updated at every step of the way. They answered all my questions and got issues with boiler sorted in double quick time! Highly recommend!!!!

I am a landlord and have been using Hunters Blackpool for 4 years now and have always found them to be extremely professional and helpful. More recently I had a tenant issue and found Director Gareth Welsh to be incredibly knowledgeable around legalities and process for dealing with the issue. Very friendly team with excellent service and value for money!

Give this Estate Agents a miss. Firstly the first buyer pulled out and they didn't even notify us. Secondly, Paul Sherwood that works there is a very rude person, he does not accept or return your calls and when I phoned him on my mobile to catch him out he immediately blocked me after the call. Our property went under offer immediately then it took nearly two years for the sale to be finalised. We have only just found out from our solicitors that the final buyer was someone we had never heard of. The Estate Agents do not tell you the truth and have buyers in mind that they prefer and make it their job to ensure they sell to who they want to sell to. Do NOT trust them at all.
