I only do a review as i receive either an extremely outstanding customer service or, as in this case quite the opposite. Im disgusted I'll be looking elsewhere for my few things i get from Holland and Barrett now and if i find them elsewhere that'll be it for them here.
Ive used H&B since 1987 and now feel im less of a customer than anyone else, never mind ive got some learning disabilities, but to take away from any in the shop customer who's asking for information on something he wants to buy because " I'll have to go because that other customer wants my attention at the till". So horrified over it. I'll be showing this to a manager if i get to see him/her. Momentarily i dont recommend them to anyone.

I have just discovered that Holland and Barrett is Russian owned. However their customer service centre is second to non.

Shop wasn't in a prime location and when I did find it the shop size was much smaller than expected but didn't sway my visit as cities tend to have larger stores. I noticed that there was only one shop assistant for the whole of the store, I would have expected at least 2. But didnt affect my visit as i was served promptly and dudnt have to wait. The lady was kind enough to point me in the right direction of the item I was looking for, also was very friendly and polite.
