Literally top class. Since the refit everything is spaced out plenty of room.Also it's completely dog friendly don't even need to pick it up.Friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Awful set up with having to go upstairs to visit the vinyl/cd section which as a disabled visitor was a no no for us.

It's iconic HMV! So it's got what you're for - vinyl, CD, DVD, k-pop (whatever that is) etc etc etc. But I go for the vinyl (though they do tend to be pricey). Re-opened in July 2023 after being closed for a major refurbishment. And now, the upstairs has REOPENED after being closed (I reckon for about 5 years or so). Vinyl/CD now up there and clothing and DVD/Blu-ray etc downstairs.

NOT DISABLED FRIENDLYWell the store has been remodelled and is now in 2 floors, easy to get around on the ground floor HOWEVER the top floor is only accessible by two flights of stairs and no disabled lift which marks it down massively for its limited ?

I was disappointed with the new look HMV there was hardly anything in there, especially cd's. It was mainly clothing and records, won't be rushing to go back

HMV has recently reopened after a complete makeover, selling a vast range of vinyl albums in the upstairs along with cds also sells record players for your vinyl.

They've just had a refit, my only gripe is there's only stairs to get up to the first floor. And when you need a new hip and two new knees, is it worth the pain of getting up there, no. Its not just the young that want to buy music in a shop..
