Just to say after speaking to Meghan the Email came to say delivered today Sun 10/3 for Mother's day which they weren't they were delivered yesterday which was wrong after specifically asking for today's delivery I know you apologised and said you've had over 500 order's for Mother's day, but thinking on everyone's order should be correct or don't take the business is all I'll say. Since speaking to you I've since seen the flowers & some of the stems/flowers were broken on delivery not good at all.

Fantastic service , I phoned from Scotland and ask for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to our hotel as I was taking my wife for our anniversary, this was sorted no problem and the flowers were absolutely fantastic, they did everything as asked , would DEFO rate 10/10 from the first phone everything ?% THANKS SO MUCH

I ordered some flowers for mothers day to be contacted saying they are not in the mother's day range but can do something similar. The flowers they replaced where nothing like the ones I ordered and they didn't even try. The colours where different and had no thistle in them which was the reason I chose them (scottish heritage)First time ordering from their and never again.i was so disappointed never again.

I ordered a bouquet for delivery the same day for my mums wedding anniversary and I have to say extremely disappointed. £33 for 1 rose, 3 gerberas & green chrysanthemums. Sadly, I expected something a little more than the resemblance of a supermarket bunch of flowers.
