What a bunch of disorganised rabble. They couldn't run a teddy bears picnic. I tried to open a child saver account with these. I went into the branch and they scanned all my documents. A scottish lady rang me up to confirm the telephone appointment. Then she rang me again to tell me they haven't got all of my documents and can I drive to Cleveleys a 1 hour round trip. NO CHANCE. Then she told me I will have to re-arrange the appointment. So I once again tried continue to run my business. Then another 2 phone calls which I ignored because I was busy. Then she called again 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment (another interuption) to tell me that they had found the document! Then she called finally on the time we had pre-arranged and asked me a series of the same questions, my birth date. name, address, 4 times she asked these questions. PAINFUL. Then the system did not work then we had to do it all over again, the same questions like groundhog day. An hour and 10 mins out of my day when I am trying to run a business. She said she would e-mail me my opening pack and 2 weeks later I have still received nothing, So it appears all of that was a complete waste of my time. If this lot organised a teddy bears picnic they would probably forget to turn up themselves. DOH!

This bank I would avoid at all costs .They do not keep your money safe as they should .I have had nothing but internal problems with this Bank .And I am personally taking them to the banking Ombudsman

Fantastic got my mortgage with them excellent service from start to finish with an excellent mortgage advisor thrown in !!!
