I had a face to face Meeting with a branch staff worker on 6th November 2024. Without going into detail, I found myself dealing with a total Liar, a cheat, and a very abusive arguementitive person, threatening me, my safety, the security and trust in Halifax as loyal customer for over 40 years, unbelievable and dispicable conduct, despite bringing satisfactory and correct documents and complying with everything I was asked to bring over the phone the previous day, to verify adding another person's name to my account. Both at this meeting and two hours after this meeting when I was called on my mobile. I am processing a formal complaint with head office. This employee should be sacked he is not a suitable candidate.

Bad communication skills from most of the staff over there phone .they do not secure your accounts and look after your money as they should .today they allowed a payment of 14.99 of yes to go through wen I have never purchased anything of yes .it took 1 hr 35 minutes on the phone using my credit me paying the cost wen this is a bank Error.I spoke to Mari from fraud department and Linda .They have now raised this case and have 15 working days to contact me .I am taking the Halifax to the financial Ombudsman.
