however Blackpool store, Simon, rearranged supplier and obtained part within 2 days.
replacement was more expensive but no extra charge to me.
very good service, on collecting part , again offered good technical advice.
well pleased, happy grandson.

Misold and bullied into becoming a halfords member DON'T DO IT!!
You can NOT cancel anytime, they continue to take payments out of your account without authorisation and it's not a direct debit so you cant take it off! Absaloute rip off and will never go here again!
It was absaloutely misold, told it was a membership you can cancel anytime, no you can not! Tried to cancel the same evening as I didnt want it in the first place, they still took payments out. You cant delete your bank details and still take payments out. Calling customer services is a south African joke and all wash their hands of all of it denying any responsibility. Then have to pay to get out of it.

John at the Blackpool branch really helped my daughter and I find the right chain for her bike, gave us guidance/ideas on fitting it and was friendly throughout. Very much appreciated.

John with the glasses who works in the bike section was super. Acknowledged me on walking upstairs, asked if I needed help and gave great advice and knowledge when I had questions! Would be happy to return due to his great service.

Omg just visited your Blackpool store and was served by a total none starter never looked am me couldn?t here a word he was muttering disgusting the alarm went off as we left he came to the car and again muttered something?.
If this is the best staff you can employ your on a looser to nothing NEVER EVER WILL I VISIT THIS BLACKPOOL STORE AGAIN

Order sorted quickly, within hours. Staff polite and produced items in minutes and was on way home. Great value for money on products too.

Booked for air con check
The assistant didn?t have a clue what he was doing
Advised wrong gas, advised a specific issue and that wasn?t correct - couldn?t even connect to gas check valve to see how much gas was in the air con
Wouldn?t recommend the service but the store itself is ok
