Needed some new front suspension arms however they refused as they don't do work on Tesla's. Not quite sure how the brand of the car would have anything to do with some suspension arms

Terrible garage. I bought new Continental brand tires. I wanted to change them, but they told me they couldn't change tires. What kind of garage is this that can't change two tires? If they can't do such a simple thing, they don't even deserve two stars. It's disgusting to rip people off like that. The cheapest Chinese tires on their website were more expensive than the Continental ones I bought online.

Was about to head back to Suffolk when the engine management light came on. I googled this place and walked in asking for help.
The team fitted me in immediately to run a diagnostic on my ford kuga. Having assessed the readings they discussed the issue with me and we went over if I would be safe to drive 300 miles home.
They really put my mind at ease for the journey and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic.
We can't thank you enough. Well done!

I went to Halfords Autocentre Blackpool, when I had a slow puncture, despite the fact they were very busy and it being a Saturday, they asked me if I could come back in a couple of hours. When I arrived back I was met with a young man, who made me feel that he wanted me there as a customer, he explained what was to happen and what the cost would be. As it happened, the tyre had a screw in a position that could not be repaired. The technician took me to the tyre told me what the issue was and what my options were. I chose a new tyre that was installed swiftly and professionally. I would recommend Halfords Autocentre Blackpool to anyone needing a car repair, they are very professional and the pricing is very reasonable, in some cases you can defer payment for several months.

Wonderful staff could not have been more helpful. I happened to be driving through having hired a car from Heathrow when the tire pressure warning came on. The whole saga was that the hire company had dangerously overinflated the tyres. The team at Vicarage Lane Blackpool were lovely, helping a damsel in distress with a smile and sorting the problem within minutes. None of which they had to do, but they couldn?t have been more supportive of my plight. Can?t thank everyone concerned enough. Highly recommend.

Not had a good time with this garage
Went in for tracking as I previously had a new tire fitted elsewhere and they couldn?t do the wheel alignment so I chose Halfords
Booked in to Halfords vicarage lane Blackpool took the car down at 9am and I got a call at 3 pm saying it was done (wheel alignment typically 30mins)
Anyway after driving it back to work I noticed it was pulling to the left
So I called back up telling them the problem and was told to bring it back in 5 days
Well that?s not acceptable
So after back and forth I was told to take it back and they can re do the alignment again the next day so I took it back the next day at 9am and again I was told to pick it up as it was done and again the tracking was worse then it started with the first time my steering wheel wasn?t straight with the front wheels when stationary and it felt tight at handling and still veering of to the left so after a bit of investigation my self on why and how this is happening I found out on the tracking report at the top of the page that the alignment values are for a different model vehicle to mine so again I took it back for a third time and I pointed this issue out to the manager and he agreed I was correct and it was re done by a young lad that told me he will have to track it with the tier size Insted of the model number as my cars model wasn?t on the system ( to me that don?t make sense and shouldn?t happen) if it wasn?t on system it shouldn?t of been touched and I should of received a refund the first time around
I was given a couple of excuses as to why my car is veering of to the left (cv joint worn, cv boot got a split,camber is slightly bent or leaning, tier tred now I know that?s not correct as I recently had a full check over at the Citroen dealership Blackpool
And as it stands my car is still in the same situation as the first time.not tracked correctly with the correct credentials.
I understand if the cars alignment is out it can be dangerous to all sorts of wear and tear and also avoidable accidents
So my experience has not been fantastic at all and unfortunately I will not be a returning customer(unless somthing is done regarding this)
I was not offered a refund so I could go elsewhere.
So now I have all 3 alignment reports with all different results
But the manager ste agrees that I have been back and forth and I shouldn?t of been messed about like I have
also said I shouldn?t be telling them how to do there job correctly and I will probably leave them a bad review in his words (that they deserve)
As for the young lad technician he was understanding for my situation I can?t give the other garage staff a good or bad personal review as I didn?t deal with them directly, so this review directly lays with management of this auto store of Halfords
The lady in the reception was welcoming and chatty on the phone so I guess that?s a positive
this is my honest review
I have emailed head office with my complaint so I?d like to see this get resolved as soon as possible

Fantastic service as always.. went in with a nail in my tire at 3pm and they squeezed me in and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable and they explained everything clearly to me. Thanks everyone!

amazing customer service! Chris on front desk could not help me enough. Came to Halfords for 4 new tyres as I was advised at another garage it needed doing, when I arrived I was immediately told the front two tyres had around 5-6MM tread left and saved me over £130! following that I asked Chris to price me up a few more bits while I waited and the prices compared to other garages (including breaks for life) Was unmatchable!
The knowledge from another employee Brad (mechanic) was unmatched! he spend 5mins to explain everything to me in detail with regards to tyres and breaks.
Chris then told me I was eligible for 5 point check and topped up my oil! for the price I paid for Halfords motor club is certainly worth its weight in gold.
