I recently had a ring taken in for repair which unfortunately couldn't be repaired. Karen and the girls gave me the option to replace the ring; i found the perfect replacement which was out of stock in my size for a while. Bonnie and Skye continued to check daily until it was back in stock and phoned me immediately and had it the next day. Outstanding customer service and dedication.

Wanted eternity ring for my wife for golden wedding anniversary. Alexis, the sales assistant was excellent and helped her chose one. She was very knowledgeable and we weren't rushed at all. My wife and I were highly satisfied and would recommend this branch in Blackpool.

Ordered a necklace as a special gift had to wait in 3 times for a delivery still never arrived still waiting. Given the run around. Complaint registered but not resolved. Getting given lots of different answers. Was even told by a member of staff to call dx myself and trace it nothing they could do

Took watch for new battery purchased from them. They couldn't remove back and scratched it to pieces. Took it to my local jewellers in Rotherham removed straight away

Special shoutout to Alexis who spent a great deal of effort trying to track down the right ring for me, when that didn't work she tried to have one designed and crafted all while quoting my exact specifications off-by-heart.While I ultimately had to buy my ring elsewhere due to the manfacture/delivery time I wholeheartedly thank the staff for helping me as they did.
