Quick and friendly service. Sat at a table that was clean and tidy just like the rest of the shop. £2.40 for two sausage rolls is a good price and they were warm and tasty.
Parking: Lots of free parking space.

Lady with strange hair and grumpy attitude made me feel awkward for asking for a chocolate bread (pain au chocolate) because I referred to it as what it is in English - chocolate bread... as if she was unaware that's what it means. Very absurd

As incompetent as the the rest of the Greggs in Blackpool!!! Can't check a simple order to save their lives!!! It's a simple reading task - a 5yr old could do a better job. We pay them to be this bad!?!?!? Absolute joke!!!

Received some absolutely amazing customer service today from Antony, he went above and beyond to fulfill the order that our just eat driver had taken. He is a credit to the store and more companies should have staff like him. 3 very happy little boys and an even happier mum. Thankyou so much for a 5* service :)

Ordered food , while waiting for order to be bagged another member of staff sold to another customer, when complained I got to to stop crying and go and get myself new teeth which was rude and disrespectful. Never will I go into welbeck store AGAIN.
