Greggs produces a great breakfast! Unfortunately, on this occasion the service provided by the manager of this Greggs was, sadly very poor. I would add that the service from the front counter was excellent and they tried their best to accommodate my request for a bacon and sausage roll at 10.45am. Sadly, the manager was dismissive but finally explained that they had no bacon left in the store. This information would have been helpful at the beginning of the conversation. The good news is that the manager did ring the other store nearby and they were able to provide a bacon and sausage roll.

What an absolute star Alex is at the Greggs opposite,M&S in Blackpool. He had a queue but was still extremely polite to people, welcomed everyone with a smile and was unbelievably helpful when sorting a cold drink for a customer - five star employee.

Ordered from here on Uber eats, got completely the wrong order no fault of the driver as he was given the wrong order at the shop. So I?ve received the wrong order which I won?t eat any of it and now £16 out of pocket till I eventually get a refund which will take up to 10 days! Phoned up to sort out and not really much help whatsoever, my order is there at the shop but it won?t be delivered now. Oh and apologies to the order I did get who was supposed to be for someone called Jess, not only did you not get your order but it?s gone to waste. Well done Greggs top service? not ? safe to say won?t be using you again!

A regular in here and never been disappointed until today. On Saturday 27th July I bought a pizza slice, fizzy drinks and two steak pasties. My companion ( elderly gentleman ) and myself sat at the tables and we met some really freindly lovely customers all sitting alongside us. I had been discussing some ethnic spicy food and recipes I like to cook and then we went on to talk about the Blackpool Coastal Radio DJ Event that I had just come from earlier, held at Church Street town square in front of the Homeless Church youth hostel. As we finished chatting, I was waiting for my companion to finish his drink and we were ready to leave the shop, when a few Indian middle aged grandparents entered the shop with a child in a pushchair, they would not leave us alone and simply mind their own business constantly staring, hanging around the shop floor, not choosing anything to purchase for a long time,
standing facing in our direction when they didn't need to be, and speaking about us in their own language. Eventually and finally, they did purchase some tea / coffees. Such a strange atmosphere. I couldn't wait to get out. Hopefully next time I visit, I won't see people behaving like this again.
