The receptionist staff at this surgery are lovely, polite and very helpful. But as for the GP service, it's horrible. You're given an appointment time but in the past we've had to wait at least an hour after the allotted time before seeing the doctor. We found him very rude and doesn't listen to you and in my opinion makes you feel guilty for being there and herds patients through like cattle and doesn't take the time to listen to his patients. He does blood tests without washing his hands and did nothing for my partners diabetes for over a year. We recently moved to a new surgery and had it sorted within a week and change of medication which the GP as this surgery didn't do. Blood tests weren't looked at weeks, phoned up after the time given and results still weren't in/or looked at by the doctor. My partner was diagnosed with stress and anxiety yet was always more stressed after visiting this doctor.The ONE star is for the receptionist staff who are great and very helpful.

Absolutely disappointed. GP know nothing and don't help patients. Every time you finish the appointment you are going out feeling guilty that you are sick! You need to close this place asap NHS because they are not treating people accurate, they are leaving them on their own!

ABSOLUTELY AVOID! Doctor ia very rude and make patients feel guilty when they looking for advice and help. He don't listen to people and in the end he doesn't provide any treatment. Absolutely horrible doctor!

Place is an absolute joke. Doctors know nothing. Get more help at the hospital. Was told there was nothing wrong with me for mths yet when I finally went to hospital I was admitted straight away as I had pluricy and fluid on my lungs. I have severe arthritis yet they won't give me pain relief. And you have to predict when your gonna be unwell
