I was seen today by ingabelle and kelsea .. they both honestly made me feel soo welcome and taken care of, both the girls did the upmost to make sure I was happy and comfortable threwout my appointment as I do suffer from anxiety, I have a few more appointments upcoming and I'm very much so looking forward to being seen again by both of these lovely ladies... to add without any exaduration atal I can honestly say this was the best dentist appointment I have ever ever been too ? I look forward to seeing them both again soon ... ?

Absolutely fabulous my 1 year old son had his first Appointment today it went great and I was also able to slot in at the same time Nikki behind the front desk was absolutely lovely and the other lady working alongside her. Sorry I didn?t catch the name.

As someone who has been absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist their entire life I genuinely could not recommend Genix enough. Imran is quite possibly one of the nicest people I?ve ever met, especially considering at other practises I?ve been to in the past there feels to be no patient and consultant relationship but here everyone you speak to in the practise is so friendly and lovely and actually wanting to converse with you. Everything was so well explained to me so I knew exactly what was happening and why and I was made to feel so calm and relaxed that I even found myself laughing despite my nerves. I?m so happy to of found a dentist to help with my fears and I?m actually not nervous to come back in 6 months for once! Thanks to all the team and Imran !

Imran is a great dentist, I have never had any problems since being with this dental surgery, also he has a laugh and joke with you to take your mind of what he doing, but the surgery is lovely, I would recommend it, but it's just ashame there not taking anyone else on at the moment. I usually see becky on the receptionist too, she is also lovely and all the staff at genix health care, I have not got one bad word to say here, its always positive, imran is my dental worker always chatable and makes me laugh, hes always very proud of the small steps that I have been making and achieved since being with this dental surgery, I enjoy it too.

Came today with my daughter and son who were both nervous about going but the treatment they received was amazing, becca and student nurse were extremely professional and fantastic with both my daughter and son and put them both at ease taking to them in such a friendly and amazing way they were both so well looked after I can?t thank them both anuff for the care they received before and after. It?s such a lovely friendly and careing feeling when your there noing your children are in such safe hands and a lovely atmosphere with all staff can?t recommend anuff

staff so welcoming ,professional,helpful etc.i suffer with mental hlth conditions but they made me feel at ease and comfortable as for the students learning dentistry they are very professional gentle ,assuring,helpful etc I couldn't say a negative thing about the overall appointment ust keep on doing what your doing guys and thankyouX?

Excellent services as always. As a family it is lovely to attend the dentist and recoeve the advice, care and treatment to an extremely high standard. Imran is always very helpful and explains reasons for certain treatments, always ensuring myself and the children feel less worried. His assistant today (Louise?)was super friendly too. It's lovely to leave smiling,as previous surgery's we belonged to never seemed to provide the care and understanding that we always receive here. Nothings ever too much hassle and we appreciate the services offered massively as a family who used to fear dentist appointments

Extremely Kind and considerate. I had an emergency appointment this morning at Genic, my first time using this practice. I felt better even before treatment due to the kindness and understanding of the dentist and the dental nurse. Excellent treatment, in fact I can say I'm looking forward to my checkup. Also the reception staff are brilliant, they listen to what you need. Thank you all.

My Son had broken his front teeth and was nervous to see the dentist. The Dentist Rachel and Nurse Becca were fantastic with him. They explained everything, were really patient and made him feel at ease. All his questions were answered as well and they both gave us really helpful advice. Highly recommend.
