This afternoon I ordered replacement brakepads.. selected option for free delivery 3-5 days.. Driver turned up 45 minutes after I ordered with the brake pads.. I'll never shop anywhere else for car parts!! fantastic service!!

I?ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Euro Car Parts. About two months ago, I was sold the wrong bulb for my car ? a side light bulb when I actually needed a headlight bulb. The staff member argued with me, saying that a headlight bulb didn?t even show up on their system, which was clearly incorrect. Today, I went back to purchase a headlight bulb and was once again sold the wrong part (H4 instead of the required H7). The employee claimed the system was wrong, but he did ask for my car?s details, so there?s no excuse for the error.
It?s disappointing because about a year ago, I had fantastic service from a man behind the counter who never got any part wrong. It?s clear that something has gone wrong with the current system or staff training, and I strongly suggest Euro Car Parts fix this issue. It?s wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. I won?t be returning anytime soon unless there?s a significant improvement in service.

Service slow, one person serving a large queue. Expect to wait 15 minutes just to collect bulbs. Good selection online for click and collect.

Staff didn?t help at all due to a battery warranty having to bring car back because they wouldn?t test it because it was fitted nor help me get it out or even test it while in car. After me, ringing them to let them know, it was already fitted and still made me come up having to go all the way back to get tools.
David helped me out today I?m getting my a new battery under warranty very help nice guy also manger helped me and also was a nice guy

Car battery which had a 3 year guarantee died after a year. Phoned and spoke to a lady to ask how the guarantee worked and she told me if I had proof of purchase (which I did) to bring in the battery and they will replace it. I explained my husband had recharged the battery so I could get back on the road and the lady said that was fine, just go to the store and it won't be a problem. Send my husband in to the Blackpool store as instructed and was told the battery didn't meet their "criteria for a replacement". Manager refused to replace and said the lady we spoke to must have been at head office as they only have men working at the Blackpool store. Would have thought she should have known the criteria for replacement if she worked at head office! 1 hour wasted round trip. Not happy! If buying a battery I wouldn't believe their guarantee.
