Awful service, only half food order arrived after 40 minute wait. Soup wasn’t hot and had a skin on it. Toasted sandwich stale and dry, obvious they’d been left under the warm lights too long. Walking through the Winter Gardens we spotted a new cafe bar. Previously it had been an upmarket restaurant which the stunning decor shows but now it’s a friendly cafe bar. Ordered the club sandwich, possibly the worst ever. No care or attention to the presentation. Salad chopped very coursely and little dressing. Have a bit of pride in what you serve guys.
