however Blackpool store, Simon, rearranged supplier and obtained part within 2 days.
replacement was more expensive but no extra charge to me.
very good service, on collecting part , again offered good technical advice.

“I saw a sofa I wanted in the Blackpool store, on the Monday at 1630 and it was delivered Tuesday morning, I was called prior to delivery and I got it within the hour. Took my old sofa away (fire safety labels intact and in great condition) in and out within 5 minutes. So I'm leaving a 5 star review, my transaction at the store with Valerie, the communication and efficiency of everything were all perfect. And I don't begrudge the 25£ delivery charge, when you think of the fuel cost to deliver a large item, with 2 guys wages and removal of an item, I think it's a fair charge. After all, they are the charity, not you the customer. Thank you, I hope you get a good price for the sofa I donated to help with the good work you do”
