I lost 3 phone and 3 EE sim card ,went to EE store on Sunday Assistant manager doing hard to sort out the problem and replace the new sim card for me really appreciated ? and also thank you for friendly staff very helpful. I going to give them 5 ?

Waste off time at this dealer ,I just been there for a replacement for a card sim ,the girl what been talking treat me like a crap , the customer service was a night mere ,they don't care ,u can't find a manager store at all , they treat the customer like dogs what is going on is absolutely a joke that store! I been this week to that store 4 times yesterday give wrong card sim replacement, they don't have training at all , they don't respect the customers, they need to think all the customers pay they salary!
NEVER AGAIN I PREFER FOR GO TO PRESTON !

I had to get a new Sim card after buying a phone from a private phone shop. Lovely staff and so very helpful. I had to go back the next day to get my phone checked because of a security issue. Again fab staff member, very patient and helpful. I felt no question I asked was stupid. Thank you so much.

I can't thank Mahmoud and the team at the EE store enough for their help when I was hacked. Mahmoud was incredibly efficient, getting me a new SIM and activating everything so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming. Outstanding service?I highly recommend this store!

Very poor service. Took a phone back with a hardware issue and they refused to repair it because the phone had scratches on the side. Whats the point in warranty if they refuse to fix it. Stick with Giff Gaff. Cheaper by a mile.

Helpful staff as always. If you ever have a problem with your phone they are more than willing to help. Went in Thursday morning to talk about and upgrade and got a new broadband/sky TV package saving me £50 a month. Thanks EE Blackpool you are highly recommended ?
