Click and collect in store is mind boggling, NOT clear at all on where you need to go and who to see. The staff are extremely rude about it. Especially the older lady with the short grey/blonde hair and glasses, she could do with some extra training in customer service for sure.

Great Deals and Excellent Service at Dunelm!
We visited Dunelm Mill during the Boxing Day sales and couldn?t be happier with our purchases. We picked up some fresh bed linen and a duvet, and we were thrilled to get the duvet for £20 less?such a fantastic deal!
