We were greeted in store by Gail who was very helpful we told her what sort of bed we were looking for.
Gail showed us several beds with our specifications we told her. my partner and I tired out the beds. We picked our bed that we thought that ticked all our specifications .
Tried to leave a on line survey about my experience but couldn't get it. So I would have put yes to all and Gail would have got excellent Yours great fully

Called in to look for some new beds and mattress. Stacey served us and was both knowledgeable and very helpful. It?s clear she enjoys her work and is keen to go the extra mile as she cares for her customers. Brilliant service all round.

The service was really bad, we ordered for 2 beds in dreams blackpool for separate rooms 1and a half month ago (order no :342DT050324112145849)
and paid to get the beds delivered and fitted in the rooms, they delivered it today and started fitting the beds in the wrong rooms and when we explained to fit correct beds in the correct rooms , they refused and was very rude and continued fitting in the incorrect room and didn?t even finish that and left planks everywhere which is also in the incorrect room and took the other bed with them without even trying to fit it claiming it?s in wrong measure but when we initially ordered it was correctly measured before we ordered ,because they fitted the first bed in the wrong Room, obviously the other one wouldn?t fit and when tried explain they wouldn?t understand and was very rude and took off with the other bed after when we tried contact customer service they wouldn?t answer so we went to the store directly and they said they would sort it by today , but the delivery guys didn?t return till evening so we went back to the store again at 5:30 pm and the stores was already closed and no one was there even though the store closing time is 6:00 pm , we are very very disappointed and don?t know what to do about this situation.
As we now have to sleep on the floor until this is sorted, if you want to sleep on the floor please order at dreams, they will make sure you don?t dream.
