Store manager was so rude not trying to solve the problem as we missed items of are order called back straight as my driver arrived been told they will send are missed food item never arrived called back no answer on phone then called in my girlfriend phone she answered once again and did the same

We had a takeaway from here a couple of weeks ago, when we got out pizza, one of them was what appeared to be wood chippings, we rang up to complain and was offered the money back for the pizza, but no refund has been sent and now it's not even being acknowledged.
