Ordered a cooker at beginning of August first delivery cancelled, second delivery cancelled both crew sickness so still waiting should be delivered 14th September so we will see.

On service this Curry's store excels. I'm a business customer, so primarily use the Curry's Business team, but they are all truly amazing. Patient, helpful and really have gone the extra mile for me so many times on different things. It's rare these days to see customer service that's not rushed and willing to do more than expected. It?s horrible service
I ordered 3 items from store, then returned 1 and return was accepted but staff in store told me some one from Business team will call me to processing the refund but no one ever call me at all.
I waited 10 days and contacted the Curry Business team, and was told its not their job to do refund, i should call to refund team, then was told i should go to store.
well then the staff from store told me, the online team to do refund work.
it is absolutely a jokeeeeeee.
i will never ever buy anything from Curry again.
its such Shame on Curry, i am going to report fraud through bank.

Only giving a 5 star as member of staff called Seb cane over to help me after the member if staff that was ament to hekp with hoovers ignored me and went to another customer after i was stood waiting 15 min. Seb though was great and a pleasure to deal with

Dreadful in fact near criminal behaviour. Bought and paid in full a £1775.00 SONY TV from them but asked them to store in until my new home was nearer completion which the in store SONY rep agreed to . Imagine my horror 3 weeks later when I went to pay extra for and arrange delivery I found my set on display in the clearance section merrily playing Currys adverts! The scuffle to shield me was ridiculous I?d seen it with my own eyes and fortunately at the time of purchase I?d had fortunately photographed the serial number. Absolutely seething that they with SONYs own rep full knowledge I demanded a full refund only to be asked to return the pack of batteries and screen cleaner given as a thank you at the time of sale, total value £10!
Absolutely rogues of the highest degree, so incensed I made the 5 mile round trip home and back to return the screen cleaner unfortunately I?d already opened the batteries and was forced to buy another pack for £5 to realise my full £1775 refund. These aren?t customer friendly gt complete charlatans!

Came here to buy some power banks. Decent prices and a two for three deal.
Stood around waiting for a staff member to unlock the shelves for 5 mins before I got bored of waiting and found someone to unlock it.
Then had to wait 15 mins if not more for someone who could ring us up as it?s a ?mobile item? and we had to wait for reasons I still don?t understand.
Oh, and the whole time there were over 5 staff standing around doing nothing.

Staff standing round doing nothing pretending they can't see you or hear you, wanted to ask about some headphones the guy just walks off and goes to chat to another member of staff soon as I walk towards them and say excuse me, they both walk away and go in the back!?!? Are you employing children or adults here???
