Always visit costa wherever we are in the country but on this visit although as normal the drinks were spot on the same cannot be said for Steve who served my wife his customer skills were non existent and damm rude to my wife. First they missed my drink off my order, then they gave it to someone else who didn't order it and then had to throw it away (because the person drank some of it), then eventually remade it, and it wasn't remotely full.
