They seem to be in a hurry today, no care given when preparing the drinks. Worst flat white I?ve had in a while, not thick and strong as they usually are and no pattern.

Staff are brilliant. Price of food way too expensive, I just stick to a drink now. The owners have invested some finance lately but miss little touches like cushions on the high back chairs which I find too upright & uncomfortable. No WiFi as well.

Great staff. My poor rating is for the owners of this franchise! Don?t appear to care if fridges break so you can?t purchase food from it. When equipment breaks they leave it days before addressing. Poor staff just politely explain. The owners need to step up; they?re letting their loyal staff, loyal customers plus the Costa brand down massively!

£100 parking fine for staying over an hour having lunch with friend. Disgusted. Had Blue Badge displayed as disabled but this made no difference. Money grabbing mercenary! Not setting foot through door ever again.

went to buy a surprise bag as i?ve them before and i was def surprised it had 3 identical yoghurts in it ! this is the second awful surprise bag i have had AVOID these

The staff are always helpful and really friendly. I asked for a large gingerbread latte, which wasn't on the till but they made it and were very nice about it.The short haired lady is super nice and really chatty ?
