Very bad service they gave me bread that is expiring tomorrow I live with my husband and there's no way we can finish the whole bread within the day. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do and that that is all they have and I cannot return the bread. They deducted more money than the amount I was supposed to pay. They did not pack the dounughts.

Male staff member very condescending with older customers struggling with the self checkouts. Rolling his eyes and sighing isn't a good look for the co-op!

Well where do I start ? The cleaner with an abysmal attitude rummaging through the reduce area selecting what she wants on shift whilst blocking the aisle with her sweeping brush. Then afterwards following myself with her brush and when selecting what bag of crisps to get next to the cold drinks counter which is near the bakery next to the front door and when picking what crisps to have, a female customer with a baby stroller asked the cleaner and a staff member who were having a chit chat whilst on shift asked ? do you know where the ready made mash is ? and they assisted her when coming back the cleaner says ? even I can find that ? or ? even I can make that ? talking about customers which is not very customer service like. When picking up the packet of crisps walking to the self checkout the cleaner shouting down the aisle to myself ? I?m watching you ? which I felt very antagonistic, exasperating, and derogatory which made me feel like I have committed some type of law when walking past the bakery which is near the door and many individuals walk past the bakery and I assume as it is near the CBD it is very bustling through out the day as well I hope she does not say to everyone who walks past it. After that she continues to follow me with her sweeping brush and continue to follow me to the checkouts which made me feel like a criminal and to confirm for her satisfaction I will attach a receipt of my purchases . I have written due to it being very insulting and rude as well I will be complaining to the manager when I next see him in the store.

Handy little place to grab some essentials at a relatively reasonable (compared to other places in Blackpool) essentials. It was fairly busy with only one, very friendly and helpful, staff member.

Don't understand that the £5 freezer deal is not in the Blackpool store but you can advertise the other deals ,and the £5 freezer deal is in other stores ,think that's bad advertising ,and will be contacting head office to ask why ,
