“Went in a couple of weeks ago to return some shoes and try on an alternative size. I'd called ahead and the shop assistant popped a pair aside for me to try the next day. No problem!Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit, but the lovely Kerry was so helpful and recommended another five stores I could try in the vicinity to meet my finicky foot requirements. Really good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to return based on this!”

“Big BIG fan of TK Maxx but had to laugh at their pricing structure on this occasion. Bought a pair of Zara socks for the reduced cost (red label) of £2.40, originally priced (white label) at £2.99 on TK Maxx ticket but on the same ticket and clearly visible, were three other (Zara) price labels, one original at 5.99 euro, one discounted 2.99 euro and one discounted 1.99 euro. I felt I had to ask at checked out if I could pay in euros but the assistant politely refused. So, minus one star on this occasion.”

however Blackpool store, Simon, rearranged supplier and obtained part within 2 days.
replacement was more expensive but no extra charge to me.
very good service, on collecting part , again offered good technical advice.

“So many friendly, helpful staff in this branch, especially Moira who went out of her way to assist - I had so many shopping bags and she saw how much I was struggling and helped me massively. When she clocked out of work she even helped me take them to my car!! I can’t praise her enough, she’s such an amazing and kind person, she’s a credit to your store.”

“Matalan is a good Quality clothing shop that sells Women's and Gent's garments and the prices are really competitive, in fact I just bought a new pair of trousers and the cloth is thick and soft just right for the winter and they only cost me £26. The shop is bright and clean. I would strongly recommend. T. Sherwood.”

“We saw some pillars and there was only two left on shelf asked a young girl and she said no that’s all we have in stock she could be bothered to check or look for us .so we headed to the lift to look leave and we noticed another one on another shelf as we looked for more as young lad sorry didn’t catch his name said we have more in stock and he when get us some more plus filled up the shelf’s with these pillows well done great customer service and we ended up buying more stuff to match the new pillows thank you to the lad who went above and beyond for us ? great customer service if he wasn’t for you we would of left empty handed”

“I saw a sofa I wanted in the Blackpool store, on the Monday at 1630 and it was delivered Tuesday morning, I was called prior to delivery and I got it within the hour. Took my old sofa away (fire safety labels intact and in great condition) in and out within 5 minutes. So I'm leaving a 5 star review, my transaction at the store with Valerie, the communication and efficiency of everything were all perfect. And I don't begrudge the 25£ delivery charge, when you think of the fuel cost to deliver a large item, with 2 guys wages and removal of an item, I think it's a fair charge. After all, they are the charity, not you the customer. Thank you, I hope you get a good price for the sofa I donated to help with the good work you do”

“Last minute trip to Blackpool, looked through the hundreds of hotels then decided to book this one. Got a good deal, staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for extra pillows and new towels, no breakfast first day as not many guests. Breakfast second morning as place filled up and it was very nice. You pay for what you get and I felt it was value for money, would stay again, tram stops about a hindered yards away so make town very accessible.”
