Somewhat disappointed with the selection of styles and sizes. For a factory shop the prices are the same as the local store.

Large Clarks warehouse with great prices. Shoes are sorted by size, making it easy to browse. Stock changes regularly, and since it?s an outlet, most styles come in a limited range of sizes, more of a mixed selection of remaining stock from other stores.
They also carry a large selection of children?s shoes, in addition to men?s and women?s styles. Handbags and accessories are available too.
I?ve shopped here a few times and always found great prices, quality products, and helpful service. They sometimes run great promotions as well.
Free parking is available right outside.
Highly recommend Clarks Factory Shop if you're after a bargain on reliable footwear.

Shocking experience here today. We?ve been many times before & have always received excellent service. Today not so. Despite there being only one other family in, extremely hard to find any staff to measure my Granddaughters feet, after waiting 10 minutes finally found a member of staff. Feet measured, it was a up hill task to find some Trainers. Asked for some In granddaughters size, to be told the y didn?t have, my wife asked for another style. Again no. Asked if she could bring out any trainers in the correct size. Low & behold she brings out the ones we wanted & asked for in the correct size !
Went to pay. Another ordeal, as two senior looking staff were struggling to process a refund for another customer. Another 10 minutes of being ignored. All with a very patient 4yr old very excited with her new trainers. When finally one looked at us with a surly look & started to process our sale, whilst continuing her debate with the other staff member. Never have we felt so undervalued as a customer. We won?t be rushing back anytime soon.

Went for shoes for toddler. Staff member who measured her feet was rude and unhelpful , no patience and contradicted everything we had been told at last clarks shop. We asked for shoes to be checked , another member of staff checked shoes and again was rude. Shoes were good price although not much choice in size we needed but that is to be expected in an outlet.happy with shoes we purchased but not happy with service.

You expect a factory shop to be cheaper than their high street shops but that is far from the case, so went to Shoezone for good value shoes.

So went to Clarks today for some school shoes.
we had the grandsons feet measured 10.5 F no problem.
We then had a fitting with a different member of staff she said to have 11 F.
You could clearly see the hole of his heels lifting out of the back of the shoes, when he was walking
to me that says they are too big and would cause rubbing on his heels
But if you don't take their fitting recommendation you don't get the 28 day guarantee.
I bought the shoes that were the same size as he was measured.
I have got to question the policy and maybe the training of staff as I said his heels were clearly lifting out when walking in the shoes.
Maybe Clarks are not the store they used to be for shoes, or just don't want to give the 28 day guarantee which to be honest is really not that impressive that it needs such conditions.
Don't think I will bother next time.

We went to get our daughters first pair of shoes and we had no idea what we were doing. The shop assistant was really helpful, measured her feet and gave us a note of her size, pointed us in the right direction and was really nice when our daughter ran into the stock room. Lovely first experience for us all.

Looking for wide fit velcro fastening shoes for my Grandad, they didn't have any and don't make the style any more , I gave 5 stars because Tim the advisor helped us look , spent time showing alternatives , even found us info from another staff member where to find them , the best customer service you can ask for.

Came to the store to choose grandaughter first shoes. No one in the shop when I asked for assistance, the assistant briefly measured the feet threw the measuring card at me and then disappeared. Without a good bye or 'let me know if you need anything' which is the least to expect. Shop assistant rude and totally unhelpful, took my custom elsewhere.
