Went in with my wife. She brought hair bands and was informed by the assistant that she could puck two extra pairs for free...only reason I docked a star is the queue and only having one till.
The price labels need to be slightly bigger, good range of stock and great staff.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and service was good. Clear aftercare instructions etc Very overpriced and expensive though. 2 little tiny sparkly studs for a 7 year old cost £60 which is just scandalous!!

Turned up to store at opening time. Store in darkness. Returned a few hours later on our way home, only for the lights to be on, but shutters down and no staff visible. We unfortunately missed our chance to purchase items and neighbouring shops had no idea why it wasn't open.

Myself and my bestie Jesse visited to have our ears pierced and Sarah (Manager) and Ben were the best! She sorted out a great deal for us on second pair of earrings alongside the piercings and didn't mind they ran over closing time! Great people, great conversation and the best service! Real assets to their business! Thank you both for a fun experience and a deal on the piercing and earrings! ??

I was on holiday in Blackpool from Scotland last month, and had recently been thinking of getting my ears pierced again after they healed up years ago. And I?m so glad I went to Claire?s - I was really impressed with the professionalism of the two assistants (I think one was in training). Everything was explained to me; because of scar tissue, the original holes could not be used. Her knowledge of the physiology of the ear structure was so reassuring, and I have been following the aftercare which was so well explained to me. Well done!

I would have given this a 5 star, but I had to knock off a star because they were mega busy with only one staff member running the whole show! I had to wait a while to be served but when I finally was the assistant was very friendly very chatty, and helpful also I do think this store needs security as I was told my the assistant she had quite a few things stolen that day due to no staff! Can't be good with a massive sale on with the run up to Christmas, I felt like staying and giving her a hand.
