Really disappointing customer experience at MG Chorley, steer clear if you can.
We took in our MG on the 28th Dec due to charging issues. 4 weeks later, following us chasing several times for updates, and being lied to regarding its progress, we are now told that a new part has been ordered, but cannot be fitted for another 3 weeks due to lack of trained technicians, absolute joke.
Throughout this time we have been advised that we do not meet the criteria for a courtesy car. We are a family with young children, and Chorley MG have shown no compassion or support throughout this time.

Avoid at all costs. Ormskirk service department is an absolute joke. I expect a call from the service manager.

I ordered a Nissan Ariya in the summer. It was due to arrive in March but I was dealing with Craig Moorhouse, who was superb. He located a car in the spec I wanted and I have just picked it up. I got one of the best deals in the country on this car, and throughout the process Craig was professional, kept me informed, wasn't in the least bit pushy and just an all round nice guy. One of my best experiences ever buying a car, and I've had a lot!
