What a turnaround since last time we were in Carpetright. New staff and a much improved service. Gail managed to sell us some flooring, with a healthy discount. It arrived before it's due time. Very helpful staff. Complete transformation. Full marks.

M and the wife went to the Blackpool store and it was very welcoming which is great see as you don't that get from. Other carpet places.As we have been to loads last few days.Thankfully we given the proper service we needed here at your blackpol store.Me and the wife though the whole experience was very good and the knowledge of the staff was top notch.Keep up the great work.

The customer service from Martin at Carpetright was outstanding. I originally ordered a carpet through Martin and he tried his utmost to get the price down for me by exploring all different options. I returned to Carpetright today with my sister who also wanted to purchase a carpet. Martin went above and beyond to help her as much as he could. My sister lives in Carnforth so she's outside of the normal travelling distance for the carpet fitter, but Martin went off to make a couple of phonecalls and informed her that he'd be able to make it happen. She was absolutely over the moon! It's not often you come across customer service like that and and Martin is an absolute credit to Carpetright. My sister wouldn't have been able to purchase the carpet if Martin hadn't been so accommodating and willing to help. Thank you so much! ?

Love the new carpet and the lads that fitted it did a great job - kept me in the loop about times and took all the mess away. They worked solidly, until the job was complete and even went above and beyond to ensure a good fit.Would definitely use again

Gail and Anthony are so pleasent and helpful and really know their carpets. I went with a slight issue that was immediately resolved. I really could not thank them enough. Gail has advised me a few times over the years, and has always been lovely. Anthony the manager, what a lovely genuine young man. An asset to this store. Thankyou very much for resolving our issue, you are both amazing . This is what customer service is about. An excellent experience. Cannot wait to visit again for bedroom carpet .
