Love the new carpet and the lads that fitted it did a great job - kept me in the loop about times and took all the mess away. They worked solidly, until the job was complete and even went above and beyond to ensure a good fit.Would definitely use again

Gail and Anthony are so pleasent and helpful and really know their carpets. I went with a slight issue that was immediately resolved. I really could not thank them enough. Gail has advised me a few times over the years, and has always been lovely. Anthony the manager, what a lovely genuine young man. An asset to this store. Thankyou very much for resolving our issue, you are both amazing . This is what customer service is about. An excellent experience. Cannot wait to visit again for bedroom carpet .

Had carpets fitted and everything was brilliant but been down less than a year and downstairs has gone completely flat and thin, I've been in touch and emailed and just been ignored, upstairs is a different colour but same carpet and that is fine but I think downstairs is a bad batch but they are not interested is resolving the issues

Myself and my husband called in this store today, incredibly unhelpful staff totally not interested in anything other than talking to each other.The young lady was with another customer but the man and older lady were not interested .And just sat and pointed to the location of what we were interested in at the opposite side of the store. We walked over but the sales assistants didn?t move and carried on with their conversation.So we walked out and hopefully will get better service in another store.

We had the most fantastic experience for a second time at Carpetright in Blackpool.Gail and her boss went above and beyond to help us, they truly are amazing at what they do, and for this reason we will not be shopping anywhere else for carpets in the future.

Where to start, staff members on their phones. No help at all, looking at me & my family like we wern't welcome, the woman who helped us eventually was so un-organised, it was almost like she was a new starter and didn't know what to do. Very over-priced for what you get.
