I received outstanding service from Elizabeth at the Card Factory today. She was friendly, polite, and extremely efficient ? a real credit to the team. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. My daughter will be especially grateful for the balloons! All the staff are always very kind and it was truly a pleasure to shop here today.

Omg , these ladies where lovely , came in for some balloons for daughters birthday , they were so friendly , and helpful , I left feeling like I made new friends haha ? service was spot on . Lots of choices on cards, gifts ect .. left with more than the balloons ?
