Said open in March in November. Went yesterday to be disappointed they weren't open as they serve excellent food. Perhaps they should specify when in March as I wasn't the only one looking disappointed yesterday.

While sailing the seven seas Captain Jack was caught in a wicked storm that sent his ship crashing into the rocks off Coral Island. Stranded with nothing but the shipwrecked remains of his beloved galleon Captain Jack set about building a Bar and Grill where he would sell dishes he had discovered on his voyages.
Now famous far and wide for his double dipped, extra wide, pork ribs and stacker-burgers layered with fresh ingredients and toppings, you will find Captain Jacks open for business beside the Blackpool Promenade doors in Coral Island.
