I visited with my Grandson a few days ago..we went for him to have the birthday bear and pay his age. Aimee was so kind and engaging with him which made for a really positive experience on his first visit there. We loved it and Aimee is an asset to the team there ?

Been to this store on 2 occasions recently and the staff are brilliant and so good at their jobs. Customer service, friendliness and helpfulness are second to none. Been looked after by Aimee on both occasions and cannot fault her at all, such a lovely lady. Brilliant service. See you again soon.

Went in today knowing nothing Abby was right by the door and she got us exactly what we was looking for and more unfortunately I didn?t see the other blonde lady?s name tag but she was just as amazing. Literally got us the best gift and we are so grateful thank you both so much ??- mill & soph ?

Love this shop. My partner is 50 and I believe tibs place can make anyone happy from children to much older. Top teddies branded as well Disney star wars etc?

Take lots and lots of money lol
Was great but it seems they rope you in to buy all sorts and it sort of gets rammed in
Even a pointless heart that no one will see
There's cloths for bears that you can get cheaper in Primark
A voice recorder or recorder that you have to take in and have edited
Owners of this store will be sat on a yacht somewhere smoking cigars and calling us muppets
A birthday bear is an age price but it's extremely plain and you get roped in to buying it clothes and accessories
Again take lots of money you will need it

Had a fantastic experience with the young lady that sorted both my girls birthday bears for them. She couldn't have been nicer amd made us feel very welcome in build a bear. Also the gentleman that served us, he was lovely too. The other lady behind the desk well she was different again! Very rude and not pleasant at all very unhelpful. If I hadn't been in the store before it would be enough to walk out. We will be back as my children love build a bear. X

Just wanted to say how amazing our trip to build a bear blackpool. Went into store to purchase 2 bears for our little ones. Amy and Carine were brilliant, looking after us and explaining the process so well.. our children left very content (falling asleep cuddling their new bears). Thank you so much for a great experience!

We visited today for my little ones 1st Birthday bear, we were immediately greeted by two very friendly members of staff, who helped us pick out her bear, stuffing, adding the heart and they both spent time making my little one smile. After we finished making her birthday bear we had a browse and decided to make a christmas gift whilst we were here. This gift has great sentimental value to us as we recorded a loved ones singing before he passed and wanted it in the bear, the team member took the time to find a quiet space to record the sound so that you can properly hear it which meant so much to us. Both of the staff in today 28th of October 2024 deserve so much credit. We haven't visited this particular bab in the past but this will 100% be our go to from now on.
