Visited the opticions to get some glasses , unfortunatly couldnt get the lens slimness I prefered so was given a refund .The service I recieved from "Donna" was second to none she was so friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure , I will visit again due to her to look at further styles /options on glasses she is a credit to the store !

My fave branch of boots - even though the store is quite dated and the building seems old. The customer service here is great! Ela on Benefit is amazing - so helpful and welcoming always helps me get everything I need as well as waxing amazons brows. There is also a lady with a southern accent and she?s so helpful if you look slightly confused she offers to assist and help you find things. If she is ever on the top floor she always opens the till as well to save queuing downstairs.
