“Lovely staff, my granddaughter went in to buy a book and the sales lady was so helpful and showed her the box set that was on sale, that was a fantastic value for money. My granddaughter was very pleased. I don’t know the lady’s name but she served us on Sunday 27thmid-afternoon and she said she reads lots of books, so thank you from me and my granddaughter.”

“My dog's favourite pet shop! The staff are so friendly, there is a massive amount of stock so you have a lot of products to choose from be it animal related or the puzzle side. Amazing little shop.”

“We called for Sunday roast and was pleasantly well fed! We have lived near by for 12 months and don't eat out often, but last Sunday we decided that we would try the Victoria pub as it's such a grand beautiful building it looks very inviting. The pub is exactly what pub's used to be like warm friendly no TV or music just people chatting. We ordered roast beef dinner and when it came the plate full! Beef, mashed potatoes roast potatoes, carrots,cabbage all fresh with a huge Yorkshire pudding! With a gravy boat each. It was delicious excellent value for money. The bar is well stocked up and the girls are lovely and polite. Well done to all the team. See you again soon”

“This shop is fantastic, I buy all my clothes here. It is full of top brands and most items are £1.99. Unbelievable, I go in high street shops and think "I'm not paying those prices when I can get just as good at Oxfam in Cleveleys!"”

“I saw a sofa I wanted in the Blackpool store, on the Monday at 1630 and it was delivered Tuesday morning, I was called prior to delivery and I got it within the hour. Took my old sofa away (fire safety labels intact and in great condition) in and out within 5 minutes. So I'm leaving a 5 star review, my transaction at the store with Valerie, the communication and efficiency of everything were all perfect. And I don't begrudge the 25£ delivery charge, when you think of the fuel cost to deliver a large item, with 2 guys wages and removal of an item, I think it's a fair charge. After all, they are the charity, not you the customer. Thank you, I hope you get a good price for the sofa I donated to help with the good work you do”
