In the store Tom was incredibly patient and informative I didn?t feel rushed and I gave him an £3500 order and paid the full amount that was the 18 March 2025 delivery has been postponed twice now and again this time to late June/July! I feel for all the staff there that give their time and knowledge only to be let down by the Company they work for. It?s appalling now trying to get a full refund appears impossible their customer service doesn?t answer their phones or emailings. Time for a solicitor to get involved. As for their pillows at £129.98 a pair these got received in late April a matching pair my backside one is as hard as rock the other soft as butter! All in all shocking company which deserves no patronage

Our experience at Bensons for Beds in Blackpool was a positive and very friendly encounter. Julie was helpful, knowledgeable and non intrusive. She allowed us time to try the mattresses without any pressure at all. We were given help when needed and then we were left alone to discuss which mattress felt right for us. The administration was also efficient and friendly.

Monika was really helpful and supportive whilst giving me the time and space to make a fully informed decision on buying my new bed. Both team members were really friendly and approachable too. Brilliant service, the two guys who delivered were ever so nice and informative, and even gave reccomendations as to how to approach building the bed as a solo person, would highly reccomend, been great from showroom ,staff and delivery
