This is a real business that operates on the first floor above the hairdressers (you can see Beauty Matters written on the window). You have to buzz at a door with lots of business plaques next to it and you'll find it. So don't believe the other 2 reviews, you just have to persist! I had a good massage and facial here.

Should really be 0 stars. Booked a voucher through Groupon but the telephone number supplied is never answered and we were unable to get through on their other business number too. Now the voucher has expired and I've lost my money. Very disappointed. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Unprofessional and a scam artist. This company poses as a legit business selling group on vouchers but doesn?t follow through with them once you have purchased.

Don't be booking on Groupon as you won't get your service.. I own the hairdressers that is on the photograph (Debbie dies hair) and I have had so many people coming into my shop thinking I'm beautymatters that have booked some sort of treatment and cannot get any response or the acctual treatment off them. I don't want my salon reputation to be effected threw her not advertising properly and people thinking it's me or to just simply sort out your clients. Not sure what the offer on Groupon is but I would definately NOT bother....
