Shop has changed for the worse. Hard to get round it, blocked up with too many rails, people pushing past, getting stuck. Over priced now, used to be more reasonable. stained clothes, miserable atmosphere, loud staff, loud music, a really tatty atmosphere where it used to be quite open and gentle, ie not loud music, no pushing and shoving, low price clothes and a quiet respectful atmosphere. Now it feels like everything is shoved in, packed in, no joy. Shame, as it has been a brilliant shop. Please make changes!

Went to this place this morning,it's says open at 9am.whoever is in the shop just stood behind the counter and not bittering to unlock the door.some of the staff here is ok,but this morning make me think twice.

Took donations to this Barnardo's store and was pretty much ignored by the most rude staff member. Volunteer or not it's pretty bad, won't be taking anything else for donations in the future.
