I visited the Barclays hub in Fleetwood. Really handy to be able to use this service so locally. A lovely Barclays representative was there (they're there on Tuesdays), Amy. She was brilliant, totally professional. Amy helped me with my initial query, but then went above and beyond by setting me up on the app, and talked me through all the key features. We'll done Amy, a brilliant Barclays representative.

I want to thank Aaron from Barclays Bank for his outstanding support. He helped me get everything sorted with the banking system and made the whole process so much easier to manage. What felt complicated at first was handled smoothly thanks to his clear explanations, patience, and professionalism.
Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt confident with my banking. Because of him, what used to be stressful is now simple and straightforward. He truly made my life easier, and I couldn?t be more grateful.

Outstanding Service and Exceptional HelpfulnessI visited the bank in an attempt to complete a bank transfer following a failed payment at a car dealership's card machine. Linar provided excellent service throughout the entire process. She was super friendly and incredibly helpful.Lianne handled the situation with remarkable skill, making every effort to contact various teams to resolve the issue. The process took approximately an hour, involving multiple phone calls and emails to different stakeholders. Throughout this challenging process, she displayed remarkable patience and maintained the highest level of professionalism.After a persistent battle with various departments, we finally completed the transaction with Lianne's invaluable assistance. Her service is greatly appreciated, and she certainly deserves special recognition for her outstanding contribution.

Well where do I start. After having an account from been 16 years old and now I'm 42. To have account closed down and to be told I had a new account opened for and and was gonna get a call within the next 3 working days. This was 10 days ago. The customer service is shocking. Its like that customer have to go out of their way to make the staff happy when it should be the other way round. Shocking back and now I've moved to an online back that is fabulous. This is why banks are not getting used due to rubbish customer service. Joke

Called in to the branch to update my address and order a lost bank card . Lady who dealt with this was very polite and helpful . Only had about a 5 minute wait so was happy with the service

Faulty deposit machine. I went in to pay in my money, takings in cash. I inserted the card, followed all steps, and finally inserted cash. The machine counted the cash and then showed the mssage "was unable to process some of the cash. Please re-insert" or something along these lines. However, there wasn't cash to re-insert because the cash flap was firmly shut with my money in it. The next thing I knew, the machine spat my card back at me and showed the message that its ready for the next customer: no cash and no slip to prove that it had my cash. I checked my account balance- no cash has been deposited. I went straight to the customer assistant, who was completely uninterested. She sent me to join a long line of other people waiting to deposit money via a human cashier. When my turn came, the cashier said they could not help me instantly as they could not open the machine to retrieve my money. She said that the machine would be opened tomorrow morning and if (IF!!!) my money is there, it will be deposited into my business account. I am worried sick now that my hard-earned money has been lost. What if the machine will randomly give it to the next customer? I cannot believe how unprofessional and horrible the whole situation is. I cannot believe I was left in this situation without an immediate solution. This is soul-destroying, and I have now got a dreadful migraine because of the worry and stress caused by this. I will have to cancel clients today, which will cost me a lot of lost revenue.
