Brought a van from Autofix for 11k, Was under warranty and they refused too repair, So now I have had a £800 bill right on top of christmas, Avoid at all costs and save yourself the hastle, As you can see from the garage owners response, He just wants to argue, I have attatched a picture of the part that was faulty. I am sure it would of been more convienent to Simon to bodge it and put a cheap part on, Which is why I left the review if you buy a vehichle and think the warranty is worth anything dont bother, Even if it brakes it will just be patched up and not have the proper work done and the owner will argue every step of the way as you can see from his response, I only got £300 towards the repair after alot of back and forth and refused the initial offer of £200 only when I threatend with legal action £300 was offered but having just had a hefty repair bill on top of christmas I needed to get some money back, He still disputes the driveshaft did not need doing despite getting the picture below quite concerning the corners they willl cut, BTW if anyone can get a Peugeot driveshaft fitted and a vehicle recovered plus VAT for £300 let me know as I am sure autofix would charge alot more than they payed towards the bill

Sold a van to me and my husband, Offered a warranty with vehichle but soon changed his tune after there was an issue, Lots of stress and children missing school, Do not deal with this garage they make it up as they go

Excellent -- first time user, took Scenic in with electric parking brake problem & for a battery check.Problem with brake took far longer than expected to fix (corrosion / seizing on parts) - but they stood by their original estimate & didn't charge for the extra 2 hours labour !Also fixed minor problem with wheel rubbing on inside wheel arch cover & put in new bulb on rear light (which I didn't know had gone).Installed new battery & reset all systems inc radio code etc.Recommend highly -- nice & helpful guys as well -- nice one Gary, I'll be back !
