Buyers beware. I ordered online 2 weeks prior- only to turn up to be told there has been an issue with the order. Offered an alternative brand i have never heard of that has worse wet grip rating/ terrible reviews. Also offered other tyres at twice the price as the only other option. No one bothered to call me in advance (I have no issues with my phone and no missed calls/ voicemails), so a complete waste of time off work. Also have to wait 7 days for a refund! This is actually the 2nd time this has happened at the same branch (was 2 years ago so thought it was a 'one off' and always like to give places a second chance. Would expect a better standard from a huge company like ATS. Presumably management at this branch have a deal where they get cheaper tyres and rely on customers not knowing the difference between a half decent reputable budget tyre and cheap no name ditchfinder brand you wouldn't want to risk your family's life in. Ps they are still literally advertising my ordered tyre brand as in stock for fitting at the same branch!

Clowns,tyre change booked well in advance ,checked day before,assured tyre arrived but too busy to fit,arrived on time, staff arrived to open 2mins before booking time then tell me they don't have the tyre! poor service won't use again

Called in today as my tyre was down on drivers side front and Steve the manager said they would get on it straight away the lad who looked at my tyre said it was leaking of the rim cleaned up and sorted top job from these lads and once again thank you to Steve the manager ?

The worst experience I've ever had. Ordered tires unavailable, exchanged with recommended by the garage. Tracking hasn't been done correctly..We had to come back next day. Still isn't done as it should. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Certainly not F1 speed on changing 4 tyres but competitively priced compared to other fitters within 4 miles on premium tyres.?

Massive thank you to Chris for helping with my tyre on my 207 , he took it off , cleaned it ,checked it all over put sealer on the rims and put it back on ,absolutely saved me as I was going on the motorway home ,living 150 miles away, absolutely no charge ,incredible guy 5 star all the way,thank you from a grateful woman with no clue

Ordersd through black circles and fitted at ATS... service at ATS was spot on, seen on time and fitted promptly... most impressed with the chris the assistant centre manager tracking me down after leaving my bank card behind... black circles wouldnt provide my contact details but he still managed to find me on facebook to let me know... if you ask me most wouldnt bother so respect to him for doing it!
