Very positive comments regarding selected staff at Asda. Firstly Christine and Alice on the check out department. Always there to help and aid with our huge shopping trollies 3 or 4 times a week.
I would alos like to praise Mark Edwards I thinkj his name is on the bread department. These staff members are a creidt to your store.

I always pop in here, most times I visit Blackpool. Good sized store that has almost everything. Even their petrol station is good.

I love this Asda it is super helpful! It is just like the others it has everything inside! All the staff were so polite and so kind when u asked for something! I think I have never gone to a more polite and respectful store! One thing I did see was that the checkouts are quit boring they don?t even try to talk to you!!!

The online shopping app is showing some items as "couldn't find the items" rather than either out of stock or maybe no longer available. This doesn't work because it doesn't make any sense as we don't know what it means. Its items i know asda DO STOCK AND SELL.

The store looks dirty. Lots of empty spaces in fridges and on shelves (didn't manage to buy a lot of the stuff we went in for), and quite short dates on breads, meats, etc. This store has gone right downhill. One or two friendly members of staff. The rest are moody and inconsiderate, leaving their trolleys for online shops right in the way whilst they converse with other staff members. I'm not in a rush to go back any time soon.

Oh dear! This store just never feels nice. It's too much like a warehouse. The main problem though are the customers, who seem to be the dregs of local society. It makes you feel the need to shower when you get home. What a difference to how it used to be. Sad.
Cheap prices, but that's about it.

External collection shambles!
Who runs this place? A busy Saturday with one member of staff who seems to have a problem with his legs wobbling in and out of the store, doesn?t have a clue what he?s doing and when a customer complains he has to wobble back into the store to find a manager (over 20 minutes) where is the organisation, queues of cars waiting for lengthy periods of time to be told their orders aren?t ready. More staff is needed , preferably ones that know what they?re doing.

It?s like a warehouse. It?s large and has a ?cold? look and feel.
Lots of products not on sale and never really looks ?faced up? and tidy. Needs a revamp.
I don?t go to Asda often but daughter occasionally fancies a change from the Competitor Extra down the road which also has a far better car park. Asda car park always feels chaotic and not wide enough roadways with it all being two way traffic.

Miserable staff

They are always running out of the cheaper products that I need by the time I get there. I am 89 and can't use my bus pass until 930 on a, weekday.

Poor customer service my partner has anxiety issues and a male staff member moved the screen that shows his face and he went to move it back and said leave it and started swearing at my partner he obviously stook up for himself then he barred him from the store will never be returning after this appalling behaviour especially a day before xmas

Store feels a bit grotty, like it's long overdue a refurbishment. Was quite an intimidating experience being stared out by security. The lady on self service was lovely though. Store has potential.

Went into store this evening, grabbed our scan & go.
I went over to the veg while the husband went to get us plastic bag from the check out as we have done hundreds of times. (never any available @ the scan & go or would grab one there)
My husband was marched to me by a member of staff like a naughty child in trouble. So that I could scan the bag! You would honestly think he tried to steal it!!! ?.
Staff should not presume that customers won?t scan their bags. I get that it happens all the time, but not everyone is the same. I?m happy to pay 40p for a bag rather than bring my own for gods sake!
Not the shopping experience I expected in our local Asda.
