Disgusting store! Security guard stood behind me at checkout accusing me of not paying for a 40p bag! Felt like a criminal! My over priced ice- cream i purchased could of payed for a store of cheap plastic bags. Will not ever use this store again even via uber. That a side there is a good selection of groceries and pretty big store. Shame your workers are absolutely abysmal

Rude security staff in here today, kept asking if I was ok and then following me and my friend around store. Kept coming in front of us in the aisles, then using his phone etc. He asked us both if we was ok and we told him we're fine thanks. He also got another member of staff to follow us around the store, made us feel very unwelcome etc, we spent 55 pounds in there today. I go other asdas alot aswell, and have spent thousands of pounds in there over the years and got bonus vouchers from there as regular customer. Other reviews on here had similar experiences with the security staff in here.

I?m disappointedtoday my boyfriend tried to come with dog assistant to Asda and He was asked to leave the store, it's a bit discriminatory ( my dog wasn?t Like a pitbullterrier , Rottweiler or American Bully ) My dog is a cockapoo And friendly dog and other stores don't mind this and you can always shop there with a smile, they don't mind if the assistant dog comes inAsda shop maybe please read What are the laws? Assistance dogs are fully protected under the Equality Act 2010 and are allowed into public places. Public places an assistance dog has access rights into include shops, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, medical clinics, and public transport

I actually prefer this store to the Cherry Tree Road store. I have always been able to get everything I needed and the staff are always helpful. ?

My fave shop for a quick shop . The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's some good deals and it's always worth a snoop in the sin-bin for the yellow stickers !!

Dreadful customer service by 1 member of staff.Happy to help my foot.Could clearly see I was struggling because she took my basket away before I had finished and paid so couldnt purchase a bag.then watched me struggle as i had left my bag was in the car.I was.note the word was a regular weekly customer.

Always seems to be well stocked apart from the mederterainian veg in a tray, always seems to be unavailable in this store. Staff are friendly enough.
