I walked in for a in flu injection and Im so glad I did .The pharmacist Sadid did my injection and also tested my blood pressure .Which he did extra to the injection .I didnt ask for it . He told me was high .The results were sent to my drs and I had tests which included an ECG It was found Id had a heart attack .So thanks to Sadid if he hadnt done my blood pressure .I wouldnt have known about my high blood pressure and heart attack .Thank you soo much .

No answer on phone, tried 10 times in couple of hours. Missing items out of emergency prescription. Needs to get some staff to answer phone, no answer over couple hours.

Disgusted with this pharmacy. They repeatedly do not have the required medication, excuses excuses excuses all the time. Even putting customer at risk by not delivering at the time they said they would, now without necessary medication until tomorrow. Appalling. And it's not the first time either.

Just called as am having trouble filling my prescription. I asked if they had any solpadol effervescents in so I can get my script filled. The didn't seem to have a clue of what I was saying and for EASYNESS" said no we don't have them!!. He didn't even know what I was asking for so how does he know they don't do them. Absolutely pointless call which has annoyed me for the day. Don't bother calling or using them if they can't fill a prescription!.

Used to be good here, don't know what happened!If I wait for a text that my prescription is ready to collect I'm literally waiting days after the Dr has approved my automatic prescription. If I turn up when it says its ready, it usually isn't and usually involves a long wait. If I say I'll go and do some shopping in asda and come back, I still have to wait as if I'd just turned up when I do come back. I don't mind waiting but it's every single time and it can be 5mins+ after giving my name that they sometimes even start to appear to be looking for it. Recently they forgot to include both items of my prescription in the bag even though the bag stated they were both inside. My partner went to collect my prescription earlier tonight after I'd received a text stating it was ready to collect... he turned up about 5mins before closing and was told it was too late to pick up a ready to collect prescription and would have to come back the next day. Pretty poor service all around to be honest.

One star for the fact they were open.Whoever was on call today didn't quite know how to open and do a referral from 111 and hence refused medication.After ringing 111 4 times and having yet another referral sent ended up showing a letter from gp although the dosage was only half of what we should have settled for that and ended up paying just over 9 pound for 4 tablets absolute shambles stay away not helpfull at all if blood pressure wasn't high before going there it was when we left.

Abyssmal service, advertised opening times ignored. Repeat prescriptions are supposed to be done in 48 hours, , that is never the case, had to go to out of hours service at least twice this year as drugs not ready even after a week following requestThey are putting people's lives at riskAVOID

Still waiting for 1.30 to 2.30pm delivery of groceries today, from cherry tree rd Blackpool stores in . I am house bound due to recent surgery and have run out of essential groceries. Store not answering the phone online says problem but can't get through on line either. I am very disappointed in asda.
