Whilst Nicola was excellent at getting my flat I have now been let down by Your Move, after 3 months of leaving the flat on 21 June I have not received my deposit back. I now have to put in a dispute with the Dispute Resolution Service after many calls with Your Move Blackburn.

Quite honestly the most professional and lovely experience I?ve had whilst arranging a lettings/rental property. Emily who showed us around was amazing. Very lovely and professional. Nicola the lettings manager is absolutely fantastic. Professional, above and beyond, absolutely has gone the extra mile for me in securing my new property! What an amazing experience and fanatic team!

Went to view a flat with this company,cthey arranged multiple viewings all crammed in around the same time alot was made to rush the viewing due to others waiting outside the property, after viewing I called up 3 times in 3 days to be told someone will get back to me with an outcome as to weather I can have the property or not but no one ever called back after 2 weeks off waiting I gave up and found something else but the point is I was left hanging with no response after I clearly told them how I needed a property ASAP and in this time I could off used my time and energy in searching for alternative accommodation, I think it's disgusting that I had no feedback on anything after going out my way to come and view it and make 3 calls with no response it's pretty disrespectful to be honest feel like they only care and responded to the on person that was successful in getting this tenancy, I'll never try to go through these people again or recommend them to anyone

Despite calling the office three times in less than 24 hours, leaving a voicemail each time for a return call to arrange a property viewing I am not yet in receipt of any acknowledgement of my calls.

I?ve just recently moved into a lovely property via Your Move Estate Agents, I was helped and guided by Nicola who was lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her regarding helping me with the technicalities of it all and any complications she was willing to go above and beyond to help the move go swimmingly, I will be recommending Your Move to whoever I know is looking for a property, excellent service.

Mark was excellent at guiding us through the whole process of selling our house from start to finish . We could always get him on the phone for questions. I could honestly say he was very professional and went over and above for us. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would thoroughly recommend Mark and his team at Your Move.

Excellent service - we are so grateful for the work Mr Rangeley and Sarah did with selling our late Mums house. It was sold in a week or so of them taking over from the previous company. They were efficient and always there to answer our calls. Thank you :-)

Managing some flats. Advised them in May 2024 to terminate tenancy failed to do it now 6 months later they still have not done it. Allowed tenant to damage my property and done nothing about it. STAY AWAY from these cowboys AWFUL service.Absolute Rubbish.
