If you want to be pestered, harangued & hit with dozens of calls because they just do not get the message of you just not being interested then this is the place for you.Their heavy handed sales tactics & ability to drive you insane must be some training course these people go onto.What a proud moment for their CV?s to be updated to showing this company upon it.Other than swearing at them down the phone & asking now more times than i care to think of to stop calling me (yeah i can block the number but like most middle of the road slave labour call centres of employed commission lackies they have numerous numbers) then to be fair i cannot do much more.Oh and be careful, mind the small print, unlike major retailers they will pull the plug on your claim due to the fine print whereas at least the main dealers will cover you but warranty wise will always tell you that ?we are much better than a main dealer?, is that so i ask as you only have to look at their shocking ethics to prove otherwise & have any of you lackies gone into the major car manufacturers and told them this like you tell a consumer??, nah i doubt it but i have let them know your comments all the same so if they wish to contact you for slanderous and unjustified comments then that will be their prerogative.

Great experience with Warranty Wise.Very happy with the outcome of my claim and especially professionalism and courtesy of Customer Service Team.Many thanks to Angela, Ben and Nasser - it is professionalism like yours that makes dealing with Warranty Wise great, something most other companies in the UK no longer have. Sales team procure customers, but it?s ultimately the Customer Service Team that make them ?want to stay? and to ?tell a friend?. Will be recommending Warranty Wise to all my friends and colleagues ?

Very disappointed!!!!! Took out a warranty on my Porsche macan that I was told covered everything including wear and tear,so when warning lights came on I had it checked and eventually discovered it to be abs sensors!but warranty wise said they would only pay for one NOT the pair as advertised.and one is £130when I have to pay £100 excess every claim it's just not worth it.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs, they say items are not covered and have come to end of natural life based on their own opinions, not that of manufacture data, when you ask for reference to what they call expected life, they tell you to research yourself.Save yourself some money and use money that would be wasted with them towards any repairs.

I recently took out a warranty for my wife's mini. The plan number was 13377406. The process was comprehensive and included both what was covered and what wasn't. This helped me no end.Subsequently , I had a payment issue to resolved which was speedily sorted with the assistance of Melanie from Admin.

I was referred by Zuto to take out additional warranty through warranty wise. Now that I have an issue with the vehicle, I am not able to get a repair done due to not being covered by the plan. I feel ripped off by the sales team from Zuto and Warranty Wise. Now I am left with a vehicle that I have to repair privately.Avoid at all costs

Fraudsters that's all what this company is. When i bought a car i applied for this nonsense with trader. And initial form you need to state what service History your car has. and although i had couple stamps, we ticked last service only. Well, my car broke down and i am trying to claim and guess what it has been declined because there is no more history than last stamp. So, this company feels ok to take money but when it comes to liability they are not so keen. I had emails and phone calls to extend this worthless cover. SAVE YOURE SELF SOME MONEY AND DONT EXTEND IT OR EVEN BETTER SAVE MONEY AND DONT BUY IT ALLTOGHTER

He was very helpful and the advice for very informative and easy to understand. I am proceeding to talk to the garage I purchased my car from but know I have all the info I need by email should I need them for next steps.

Bought a warranty and had mechanical fault. Repair was expensive: nearly £3k!Warranty Wise has refused to pay because my vehicle is high mileage, but they sold me a policy for a high mileage vehicle.Avoid this warranty company. They are here to make money, nothing else. I would give them less than 1 star if I could!

absolutely shocking service. Good luck with ever claiming anything from this company - they take your money and see you later. eventually asked to escalate my issue... went through to an 'escalations' team who will not take phone calls!! email only. They purely repeat and repeat and repeat what they say without giving you a chance to explain your issue. Theft in its modern form.And btw - dont ever get a quote from your repairer without getting VIDEO evidence.!!! Morons and never again will I use them.A company like this does not deserve to be in business
