Food expensive. Didnt get seats requested, went back and was told sit where you want.Went in the screen and was asked to leave to be cleaned, walked back down all the steps, to then be told once outside could go back in. Half way through the film the heat was unbearable so made you sleepy.

I woke up and thought let's take the kids and their friends to the cinema today, checked online and it said £32 for the tickets. I thought that's not bad for 5 of us. Went inside and looked at the snack options. Went with the little boxes that come with drink, popcorn and a biscuit. I didn't ask how much they were because they were very small and I thought they can't be more than 5 quid each. BOY was I wrong!!! My total ended up being £83 !!The cinema itself is nice, good seat, great viewing experience but for the love of god take your own snacks unless u want to be caught with ur pants down like me!!!

I absolutely love this cinema, I come all the time but the staff are utterly rude. Every time I?ve been they have made me feel uncomfortable. Yesterday I come and let them scan the ticket gave them a smile and asked how they were, just gave me strange looks and upon leaving I said thank you and completely ignored me again whilst chatting to their mates. They need to learn a thing or two about customer services and just manners really.

Hot dogs take too long 40 minutes. They did bring it to me because it was a quiet audience. Very tasty. I was hungry and wanted it upfront.

Went to watch Hunger Games, screen 4 one of the staff a woman tall black hair came barging in screaming at us for apparently "running up and down the cinema screen" when we was just walking up trying to find our seats, and screamed at me for being with my phone because i had a message off one of my family members and threatened to kick me out the vue, i would not recommend to come here as you get screamed at for anything off the staff. And as a 14 year old boy getting screamed at by a 30+ year old woman that is very unacceptable, I will definitely be going to reel next time! Do not come here!!

Standard cinema with reasonable ticket prices. Main downside is it can feel dodgy outside and in the entrance downstairs, especially in the evenings with gangs of young men hanging round.

Vue has improved much with Nandos and bowling inc pool on the same site. Recently Tribez grill has also opened. Parking is easy. Train station on the doorstep with Pizza hut around the corner. Never had any issues.

A bit smelly (for some reason?) on entering the venue. Staff are nice and friendly and selection of food and drinks is good. I prefer the reclining seats, they?re so much comfier. But that?s just personal preference.

I went to go get a yummy slushie from the cahsiee and he told me it was £5.That is daylight robbery you should be doing this it shlukd be free for all people under 18.I am absolutely disappointed I will not recommend to anyone >:(((((*
