I been down to the shop to fix a problem with my phone contract the the member off staff was more interested in talking to a different member of staff about a picture of a car on they phone i still have not got my phone contact fixed ever time in the past I been down i had a good experience but this time it was not good

My Dad is 92 and cannot come into the store.
So we asked if we could transfer the ownership of the account to my Mum.
The girl said she had done that?but she didn't!
So she sold us an iPhone that SHE KNEW we could not collect becuase only the account holder can pick it up (my Dad).
Now we have had to cancel the contract...
And a week later, serval phone calls and countless hours on the phone to Vodaphone...
This issue is not resolved?!?
Stay clear of Vodaphone!

I asked them about offers or deals that they may have he took my details and tried to sell me a new package not discounted and he said it is only £10 a month more than what I have been quoted so no deals them what a waste of time

Went in store to collect mobile Broadband device. I was served by Lukas. He failed to provide me with the SIM card to go with the mobile broadband device and therefore where I got home could not use the device. Drove and hour and paid for parking all for nothing. Very poor customer service from Lukas, didn?t bother explaining how to use the device i.e. insert SIM card, set up etc. as a new customer very very disappointed.
