Very happy with the warmth of welcome, the professionalism and efficiency of the Optician and her staff. My regular eye tests here are always thorough and reassuring. Such a friendly and professional opticians to visit. You?re not on a conveyor belt, like it feels at some larger opticians. The staff are lovely and make you feel comfortable, offering good advise and taking time to give excellent customer service. Highly recommend Valli opticians

I have been going to Valli Opticians for many years and I can honestly say that I will now go wherever Naz goes! She is THAT GOOD! I really look forward going for my eye tests as she is so professional yet funny to talk to. My mum and grandma also go to Valli Opticians and the whole team there take care of us all. I cannot recommend Naz and her team enough to anyone! In fact, see you on Wednesday! xxx

I can?t speak highly enough of the team at Valli Opticians, they are absolutely brilliant. I am extremely short sighted and get very anxious about both eye appointments and choosing (and wearing) glasses. I was looked after so well, felt comfortable and relaxed, and I was supported to choose glasses and given great advice about protecting my eyes. My new glasses were also ready really quickly. Thank you to all the team.

Absolutely friendly team- Hafsah and Naz provided me with great customer service and tailored my needs. I have previously been a customer at Specsavers and felt Valli had more options on trendier frames.I was offered a 1-2-1 appointment to get my first time varifocals! I was a bit nervous and was given reassurance and lots of sound advice.Thank you very much for great service and all the support.

I met Naz four years ago during a business meeting. As a prescription glasses wearer myself, I became intrigued when she told me that as an optometrist she is trained to examine the eyes to detect defects in vision, signs of injury, ocular diseases or abnormality, problems with general health, such as high blood pressure, diabetes - even brain tumours. In fact she once saved someone?s life by detecting a brain tumour during an eye examination!Naz always strives to be the best she can be: her many qualifications include British Sign Language and she?s recently completed her masters degree!But Naz isn?t just about testing your eyes and selling you some specs. She and her brilliant team really take time to help you choose the glasses that are right for you. They patiently help you select frames that are just right for you. If they don?t look right or sit right on your face, they?ll tell you - and I really value that honesty!And once your glasses are ready they have specialist software that actually measures your eyes and face so they can adjust your glasses to fit you perfectly. And there?s the option also to pay by interest free instalments, which is most welcome right now!!I wholeheartedly recommend Valli Opticians honestly wouldn?t go anywhere else.

I arranged for my mum, who is elderly and has limited mobility, to go there. The reception staff and the optician herself were all incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. They arranged for me to visit the shop before making the appointment, so that I could assess its accessibility, and on the day of the appointment they couldn't do enough for my mum.The service they offered my mum was extremely respectful, understanding and patient. Also, the prices weren't bad.

I want to start by saying Naz and her team at Valli in Blackburn have been amazing. I was with Specsavers for nearly 30 years, but as my eyesight deteriorated and I need varifocals they never seemed to get it quite right. In fact the last time I went I ended up getting my glasses changed 5 times and whilst they tried to accommodate me they still weren't right. I also have contact lenses which used to be multifocal and were great but as my short sight got worse I struggled with them to, so went back to distance only ones. As I suffer with migraines, which is linked with my sight I had months of pain as I couldn't use my contacts for work and my glasses weren't right. I was able to increase my medication but I still suffered daily.Now comes my hero....Naz was referred to me and I must say I was so nervous and even burst in tears when I explained my situation to her. Naz was an absolute star though, she listened, comforted me and promised she would make sure they were spot on and she was there for me. And, it brings another tear to my eye that she did just that. I am writing this with my new glasses that make everything crystal clear and sharp, my migraines have stopped and I'm one happy bunny. Not only can I actually see, but the lady who helped me choose them was fantastic, she asked loads of questions on style and suggested what would be right for me. She took loads of measurements from how far away I read, to my computer screen so that the varifocals would be just right, and they are.I'm picking up my new contact lenses soon and cant wait. As I tend to use my contacts for when I'm out and about, Naz suggested one of the eyes to be a multifocal so that it makes up close a little easier so I won't need to get my reading glasses out if I just want to read a menu, which will be ace. She suggested that it be a low prescription, so that it doesn't affect the distance (which is what I had trouble with in the past) but enough so that I could read a text or menu. This would be perfect for me and suit what I use them for, which is exactly what I need.This is the first time I have ever written a google review - had to google how to do it lol! But I wanted people to know that if you need a specialist then Naz and her team really are the best. They took the time to listen what I use my glasses and contacts for, the issues I have had in my past and spent all the time I needed to make sure they are right. It is difficult to trust someone with something as important as you sight but I trust them explicitly and they have definitely got me as a client for the rest of my life. They truly are amazing and my hero's :-)
