As always, I am treated well. Its a fantastic experience when I go to my opticians each time. Its a 10 out of 10 easy, I say this because of the quality of the opticians, the quality of customer service and the people involved make it a great time when you are are there. I have seen customers being served cups of tea. Tell me now.. where do you get that these days. Professional and above quality!

I?ve been with Tyrrells & Embery now for over 12+ years and I couldn?t recommend them more. The level of care I?ve received throughout the years I?ve been with them have been truly outstanding. The whole team have your best interest at heart and I couldn?t appreciate them more, especially Haroon, Usman and Gwen who always go above and beyond for myself.

Entire family come here for their eye tests because we know we are in really good hands. I've had appalling experiences at the high street optometrists in Blackburn who've done a shoddy job of refracting or try and push a new uneeded prescription on you. You don't get that here. The entire team is great. My mum, brother and I had our eye tests done this past week. Ann is always so helpful on the phone, Usman is friendly and efficient and does a great job with the scans and Maria took so much time out to explain fatigue adapted lenses for my brother. Haroon is a fantastic optomestrist - really knowledgeable and approachable and does a thorough examination. Highly recommend you come here.

Took my 6 year old daughter for her second appointment here. Loved the customer service and the level of care was amazing. Test was thourough and refraction done properly in the last appointment. Would recommend this place to all. Thanks to the amazing team at Tyrrells & Embery.
