Got a spring bar done on my watch but the chap put in the wrong one and it came off when I got home Then I went back and the error got rectified Despite the error they were still friendly and the job was bang on second time around

What?s the point of having a store open on a Saturday if the person running it can?t cut keys ,I got there to be told I will need to come back Monday when the other guy is back as I can?t cut keys,, might as well shut the shop and put a notice on the door saying back on Monday,,ps that after going to Accrington Asda to be told I need to go back the following Thursday ,I ended up using a mobile key cutter who turned up 45 minutes after contacting and made me 2 new keys ,timpsons have gone down hill fast ,won?t be using them again ,

Went to the one at Blackburn ASDA to ask about engraving 6 small plaques for the front of trophies, the muppet behind the till said £10 for the first 5 words £12 for 10 words, I showed him what I wanted and he said £15 each, not being funny but I got 20 online for £1.80 each. This guy needs to give his head a wobble. Absolute rip off place.
